About the role

Responsibilities
- Accounting responsibility for Brazil (~70–80%)
- Month-end close
- Responsibility for the Balance Sheet
- Coordination of Payroll, Taxes and Compliance
- Accounts Payable and Vendor Management
- Intercompany Accounting
- Controls and Process Improvement
- Support for U.S. accounting operations (~20–30%)
- Cross-border coordination (Cross-Border)
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
- Proven ownership of month-end close and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of Brazilian accounting, payroll, and statutory requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- High attention to detail with strong documentation habits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and comfort with ambiguity
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work on-site in Campinas several days per week
