• Professional Services Manager at Jolera overseeing IT services and leading a high-performing technical team. Responsible for client engagement, project oversight, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the PS team, including systems analysts, enterprise architects, and network engineers.
• Create an environment where accountability, teamwork, and innovation thrive.
• Oversee performance across multiple projects, making sure things run smoothly.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture top talent from around the globe.
• Manage contractors and ensure the right people are in the right roles.
• Be the trusted advisor that clients turn to when they need expert guidance.
• Take ownership of escalations and lead the charge in resolving them effectively.
• Build and maintain client relationships that stand the test of time.
• Work closely with external project managers to ensure flawless execution.
• Ensure all PS projects are delivered on time, with top-notch quality and efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance with Jolera’s high standards—because mediocrity is not an option.
• Develop training initiatives that keep your team at the top of their game.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to ensure everyone is growing and thriving.
• Maintain and develop technical expertise within the team.
• Make sure all documentation is on point and up to date.
• Track team performance, provide insights, and continuously improve.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT Professional Services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (bonus points if you can make a technical subject sound fun).
• Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise networking is a big plus.
• Industry certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Fortinet, Microsoft) would be awesome.
• Experience working with contractors and managing global teams.
