About the role

  • Staff Accountant ensuring accurate financial operations and reporting for e2E, a firm assisting startups and nonprofits in financial and HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial operations by managing billing and supporting monthly close activities.
  • Oversee tax and compliance filings and maintain key accounting schedules.
  • Deliver clear financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting and human resource operations or related administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, document-sharing platforms (Dropbox, etc.), and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, GoToMeeting).
