About the role

  • Procore Administrator managing tools and user access in Procore for project management. Collaborating with stakeholders for best practices and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Seek areas for Continuous Process Improvement in Procore tools
  • Create custom Company and Project level Procore reports
  • Perform Procore project buildout and setups
  • Create, configure, maintain, and delete user accounts and groups in Procore
  • Attend meetings with client Program managers and stakeholders
  • Analyze Procore for automation opportunities and identify security issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of direct or relevant experience with degree
  • 8-10 years direct or relevant experience without degree
  • Proficient in Office 365, Procore, Visio, client Approved Dev tools
  • Communicate effectively to a diverse audience; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to break down complex and technical processes
