About the role

  • Director overseeing strategic plan governance and performance execution for Health Plan at Blue Cross NC. Leading initiatives, ensuring accountability for health plan priorities and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to establish governance and oversight across Health Plan priorities
  • Collaborate with Health Plan business units and planning teams
  • Manage performance of the Health Plan’s 3-5 year strategic plan across all segments
  • Act as the governing body for the Health Plan to monitor performance
  • Oversee performance across all Health Plan metrics
  • Provide support to the Health Plan planning team
  • Develop performance management processes and protocols

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience with strategic planning, annual planning, and/or performance tracking
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience if no degree
  • Prior experience leading people, programs or projects
