Responsibilities
Together with the process experts from the business units, you take an end-to-end view of processes and further develop them.
You define process goals and KPIs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, automation and digitalization.
You check the effectiveness of processes and, together with the involved business units, manage the implementation of process improvements.
You take responsibility for the methodological governance and decision-making in process management, support in resolving goal conflicts and act as an escalation point for technical disagreements.
You provide input for the further development of our process management standards.
You ensure the sustainable embedding of our process culture in the company through active participation.
Requirements
You hold a university degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration, process management or a comparable field.
You have experience in end-to-end process management in larger organisations and with OE methods.
You have experience analyzing and evaluating business processes using Celonis.
You confidently moderate large groups with participants from various business areas.
You have an affinity for detailed process analysis and strive for continuous process improvement.
You have a strong quality awareness.
You keep an overview of complex issues, take ownership of tasks independently and execute them conscientiously and reliably.
You show passion, persuade and inspire others, find new ways to improve things and move forward with curiosity.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and ideally with the process management software BIC Cloud.
You have very good German language skills (written and spoken) and a valid driving licence (Class B).
