Responsibilities
Oversee rental/sublease processes, draft contracts, verify invoices, and report costs
Manage vehicle lease contracts, monitor services, and handle budgeting and OPEX/FC reporting
Contract and monitor facility management services, assess building conditions, and manage investment or renovation projects
Administer contracts for services, monitor compliance with terms, and archive related documentation
Prepare and adjust CAPEX/OPEX budgets, maintain databases, and provide periodic reports to management
Work with internal departments to identify needs and risks, ensure contract compliance, and keep all records updated
Requirements
Completed university studies, ideally in the economic or administration field
Minimum 3 years of experience in office/facility/fleet management in a large organization
Strong knowledge about lease & rental contracts, facility management and financial reporting
Advanced level of English
Knowledge in SAP and working with budgets (CAPEX, OPEX)
