Responsibilities
Purchasing management and procurement: cost-, schedule- and quality-compliant procurement of goods and services
Obtaining and evaluating quotes and negotiating with suppliers
Selecting and evaluating suppliers, ensuring high levels of product/service quality and reliability
Inventory management and warehousing: managing the material warehouse including stock control
Recording and verifying delivery notes and goods movements in the ERP system
Participation in the annual inventory
Processes and administration: point of contact for all procurement-related queries (internal and external)
Further development of internal requirements and ordering processes
Performing administrative tasks and supporting building and fleet management
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training
Ideally additional qualifications in purchasing and logistics
Initial professional experience in purchasing or a comparable area
Basic understanding of logistical processes
Basic technical understanding of energy-specific pipeline and plant construction
Proficient user of MS Office
Experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP)
