About the role

  • Indirect Procurement Intern supporting daily operational activities in the GBS Procurement team. Joining allnex's international team to develop hands-on procurement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain info records and source lists in ERP
  • Create and follow up on Purchase Orders
  • Handle issues and provide user support
  • Coordinate with Planning, AP, Data Management & Logistics
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Maintain procurement databases
  • Support invoice checking and deviation resolution
  • Assist with administrative tasks in procurement systems

Requirements

  • Able to carry out a 6-month (or more) internship program
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus to support our operations in Greater China
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
