About the role

  • Senior Manager, Account Executive overseeing Life & Annuities insurance accounts at DXC Technology. Focused on financial performance, operations, and customer satisfaction in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Your Customers and build trusted relationships with senior leaders across L&A customers.
  • Conduct regular QBRs aligned to the insurer’s business strategy.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and experience improvements targeting a 50+ NPS.
  • Achieve 100% of revenue and profit targets for assigned L&A accounts.
  • Ensure successful delivery of services and solutions across Policy administration, Claims processing, Billing & payments, etc.
  • Monitor contractual obligations including SLAs, E&Os, data privacy, and regulatory thresholds.
  • Manage monthly forecasts for revenue, costs, and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for L&A stakeholders providing insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience working with or within an insurance organization (Life & Annuities strongly preferred).
  • 3+ years in account leadership or client-facing delivery roles managing large-scale insurance accounts or programs.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue and profitability targets while delivering high-quality services.
  • Strong strategic planning, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Familiarity with L&A systems, processes, and ecosystem solutions (policy admin, claims, billing, distribution, digital CX).
