About the role

Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Solid professional experience in managing service providers, in facility management, or in building operations within a regulated environment
- Familiarity with topics such as access control, resilience/redundancy, or workplace design
- Experience in contract and SLA management
- Fluent German (C1)
- Analytical and business-minded thinking
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Clear communication and a confident manner
- Team-oriented collaboration with internal and external partners
