About the role
- Governance Specialist focusing on operational documentation for a leading securities service provider in Germany. Responsibilities include compliance monitoring and supporting internal and external audits.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring legal, regulatory and internal company requirements
- Ensuring operational documentation is kept up to date
- Translating regulatory requirements into concrete measures
- Reviewing individual requirements for applications (SaaS, in-house systems)
- Serving as an interface and reliable point of contact in projects and audits
- Supporting internal and external examinations
Requirements
- Experience in the development and operation of applications and infrastructures in the banking environment, particularly with respect to internal control systems (ICS)
- Knowledge of ITSM processes such as test management, change and release management
- Experience in drafting and coordinating policies and guidelines
- Experience with agile methods or project work is advantageous but not required
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
- Interest in regulatory issues and requirements
