About the role
- Business Analyst for wpNex focusing on digital assets operations at Deutsche WertpapierService Bank AG. Collaborating with teams and enhancing the platform in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Betrieb & Weiterentwicklung „wpNex“: Stabiler operativer Betrieb und fachliche Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung.
- Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Bereichts- und funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen.
- Analyse & User-Stories: Erstellung von fachlichen und prozessualen Analysen und User-Stories für Features und Verbesserungen.
- „WpNex“ Roadmap: Unterstützung bei der Planung und Weiterentwicklung der Roadmap der Plattform.
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Anforderungsdokumenten bzw. User-Stories sowie der Erstellung und Durchführung von Testfällen.
- Erfolgreiche Arbeit in (agilen) Projekten und Kenntnisse der gängigen Projektmethoden (z.B. SCRUM oder KANBAN) und Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
- Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung im Wertpapiergeschäft, Krypto oder im Finanzumfeld.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität.
- Verständnis für prozessuale und technische Zusammenhänge und deren Wirkung.
- Kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Mindset.
