• Senior Consultant/Business Analyst in (re)insurance at Wavestone. Leading digital transformation projects across multiple European countries with a focus on core systems and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects focusing on digital transformation, modernization of (re)insurance core systems, and process optimization.
• Actively contribute to projects around the renewal and modernization of (re)insurance systems.
• Support clients in the digital transformation of their core business.
• Analyze business requirements across (re)insurance processes and translate them into clear functional and technical solution designs.
• Act as a trusted consultant at the interface between business and IT, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring implementation feasibility.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in (re)insurance consulting.
• Strong experience in business analysis, project work, and workshop facilitation.
• Solid knowledge of insurance core processes.
• Analytically strong, methodical, and able to structure complex topics clearly for different stakeholders.
• Interested in AI applications and their potential to increase efficiency and innovation in insurance operations.
• Comfortable working in international project settings and are willing to travel within Europe.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Open mindset, hands-on mentality, and enjoy collaborative work.
