Responsibilities
- Review and validate invoices prior to release according to internal and client rules (client info, talents involved, amounts, currency, references).
- Ensure agents comply with contractual, operational, and documentation requirements.
- Block and return non-compliant invoices with clear correction guidance and escalate complex or ambiguous cases appropriately.
- Identify recurring errors and systemic gaps.
- Document trends and contribute to stronger upstream controls.
- Support continuous improvement of billing validation rules.
- Act as the operational point of contact between agents and finance and communicate requirements clearly and diplomatically.
- Reduce avoidable back-and-forth and prevent payment delays.
- Operate confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in billing, financial operations, or financial administration.
- Experience in high-volume, multi-stakeholder environments is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Comfortable navigating imperfect or complex environments.
- Excellent judgment and appropriate escalation instincts.
- Clear, professional communication with demanding stakeholders.
- Structured, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel.
- NetSuite experience is a strong asset.
