Responsibilities
Serve as a system consultant for Dudek’s enterprise service management platform.
Provide functional support, lead end‑user engagement and training.
Coordinate system best practices and oversee testing.
Ensure strong functional documentation and govern controls for quality service management practices.
Liaison to end users to gather needs and document functional improvements.
Provide training on application functions including request attributes and workflows.
Monitor KPIs and dashboards to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
Demonstrated depth and breadth in Service Management functions, including request and incident management.
Experience with functional configuration, UAT, documentation, and support functions.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Experience with establishing and driving service management processes and measurements.
Experience with common service management platforms.
Detailed knowledge of service desk best practices and tools.
Experience managing relationships with managed service providers, staffing agencies, and other vendors.
Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical staff and/or business leadership.
Valid driver’s license and active personal automobile liability insurance.
