Providing L2 functional support for Airbus production applications. Involves troubleshooting, user satisfaction, and adherence to quality procedures in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
You will provide L2 functional support for the application estates used on Airbus production sites (FAL), within a team of specialist consultants, and/or work in Development (VB scripting, C# and .NET) and Databases (SQL, …) and/or in industrial environments, notably with 3D modeling software (CATIA) and industrial SCADA supervision.
You will be responsible for L2 functional/application support (not a call-center role).
Back-office and functional support based in Toulouse.
Independently resolve complex requests (cases where the resolution procedure is complex or sensitive, or non‑procedural resolutions requiring additional investigation).
Follow established procedures for handling user requests and the project’s quality best practices.
Contribute to user satisfaction: quality and timeliness of resolution (SLA).
Interact with the client (written and verbal communication).
Assign incidents to other team members.
Contribute to continuous improvement: identify opportunities, propose solutions with associated benefits, and implement and deploy them.
Enrich the knowledge base and validate entries proposed by agents and technicians within your scope.
Be able to deliver training to agents and technicians working within your scope.
Ensure traceability and reliably estimate remaining work for your activities to your Team Leader according to project processes (time entry, allocations, …).
Possibility of 2 days of telework per week (except during the transition).
Weekly hours: 35 hours.

Requirements
Some proven experience in application/functional IT support.
Awareness of or certification in ITIL.
Fluent French and English (written and spoken: minimum B2 level).
Technical IT skills in System & Network IT Support / Application / Functional at Level 2 and/or additional knowledge of development languages and/or experience with industrial software.
Open to beginners for the industrial scope, provided they have at least either prior support experience or knowledge of the Airbus environment or an industrial environment (at least one of these scopes, preferably two if possible).
Required qualities: strong autonomy, analytical mindset, rigor, proactive attitude, punctuality, curiosity (investigative ability), and good work organization.
