About the role
- Technical Consultant implementing and activating DRUID virtual assistants in client organizations. Building and nurturing relationships with clients and portfolio partners in a dynamic tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with business colleagues from the Delivery Department, to understand the technical needs and challenges of each project and provide the appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the Project Managers on the Projects / Tasks assigned
- Provide technical solutions and estimations according to the project requirements
- Implement the technical requirements resulting from the analysis process in the allocated timeframe and budget, and at DRUID high quality standards
- Identify and measure the possible technical risks in the project
Requirements
- Proven track record as software implementation technical consultant in the IT/automation field or process engineering
- Outstanding technical and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, unstructured work environment
- Positive, energetic approach to day-to-day business challenges
- Very good level of English, written and spoken
- Creative and open mindset, always looking to improve activities for better business and technical outcomes
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback and learning
- Technical skills that will put you on top of our list: Database (MS SQL, Oracle), JavaScript, API (REST / SOAP), UiPath RPA, CSS, Entities, types of data.
