About the role
- Talent Acquisition Associate supporting Dropsuite's Talent Acquisition team with recruitment operations and candidate onboarding. Ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to our Talent Acquisition team
- Ensure smooth recruitment operations and excellent candidate experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including initial screenings and virtual/on-site interviews
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates
- Assist in pre-screening activities to identify top candidates
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR operations
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruitment tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace
