About the role
- Senior Accountant responsible for the accounting of national and international companies at Drooms. Optimizing accounting processes in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage ongoing accounting for national and international companies within our corporate group
- Ensure accurate and transparent bookkeeping and perform regular account reconciliations
- Record and present business transactions in accordance with HGB
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in a timely manner
- Actively contribute to the standardization, optimization and digitization of our accounting processes — your ideas are welcome!
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) or a comparable commercial qualification — ideally supplemented by several years of hands-on accounting experience
- Successfully completed further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter (certified balance sheet accountant)
- Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical thinking skills
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and fluent English — our daily working language
- Solid knowledge of finance, tax and commercial law
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset and enjoyment of teamwork
- Excellent knowledge of DATEV and confident use of MS Office and digital interfaces
- Independent, structured and precise working style — you maintain an overview even in complex situations
