About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.

- Provide professional support and mentorship to junior colleagues on the team.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with further qualification as a certified financial accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), or a relevant degree with a focus on finance.
- Several years (5+ years) of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in a dynamic environment or at an audit firm.
- In-depth knowledge of financial statement preparation and current tax law.
- Confident use of common ERP systems (in particular DATEV or Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central) and very strong Excel skills.
