About the role
- Eventmanager*in organizing concerts and live events at Dreamlight Labs. Planning, coordinating, and executing events with a creative and dynamic team in the pop culture sector.
Responsibilities
- Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unserer Konzerte und Liveevents - von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort
- Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Zeitpläne und Produktionsabläufe , einschließlich Kontrolle aller relevanten Meilensteine
- Koordination und Führung externer Dienstleister, Partner und Locations , inklusive Vertragsabstimmungen und Qualitätskontrolle
- Erstellung und Pflege aller projektrelevanten Unterlagen wie Eventdokumentationen, Ablaufpläne, Produktions- und Sicherheitsunterlagen
- Leitung von internen Projekt- und Strategie-Meetings sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kreativ-, Finance- und Marketingteams
- Steuerung des gesamten Eventmanagement-Prozesses , inklusive Risiko- und Ressourcenplanung
- Eigenverantwortliche Nachbereitung der Events (Auswertung, Learnings, Budget-Abschluss)
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Eventformate und Mitgestaltung neuer Konzepte
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise im Live- oder Konzertbereich
- Sehr gute Organisations- und Projektmanagement-Skills
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Künstlern, Partnern und Dienstleistern
- Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen sowie gängigen betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Begriffen
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität inkl. Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Wochenend- oder Reisetätigkeit
- Begeisterung für Popkultur (Anime, Gaming, K-Pop etc.) von Vorteil
