About the role
- Lawyer focusing on labor law consulting employees in legal matters. Engaging in case management and developing workflows within a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Erste Berufserfahrung (mind. 6 Monate) im Arbeitsrecht (Beratung von Arbeitnehmern &/oder Arbeitgebern)
- Fundiertes Interesse an arbeitsrechtlichen Themen und Entwicklungen
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur schriftlichen und mündlichen Argumentation
- Sorgfalt, Eigenverantwortung und ein hoher Anspruch an deine Arbeit
- Bereitschaft, Fälle eigenständig zu führen – mit dem Blick für Qualität und Praxistauglichkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Mandant:innen – klar, empathisch, auf Augenhöhe
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Kanzleiprozesse – gemeinsam mit Jurist:innen, Entwicklern und Nicht-Juristen
- Souveränität in digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen (z. B. Cloud-Tools, Automatisierungen, Fallmanagementsysteme)
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Zeitmanagement und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Freude daran, juristische Arbeit mitzugestalten, weiterzudenken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
