About the role

  • Account Manager for hospitals, developing customer relationships and providing medical technology solutions. Based in Berlin and Brandenburg for Dräger Medical.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships: You develop long-term, trust-based relationships with hospital customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop and sell solutions: You design customer-focused system solutions, prepare and present compelling proposals, and conduct sales negotiations.
  • Identify market opportunities: You analyze the market, monitor competitors, and identify new areas of business.
  • Take responsibility: You prepare potential and revenue forecasts, plan budgets, and assume financial responsibility for your area.
  • Ensure data accuracy: You use our CRM system and reliably maintain our customer data.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in business, medical engineering, computer science, healthcare or a vocational qualification in a medical field.
  • To advise clinical customers effectively, you ideally have several years of sales experience in the medical technology sector.
  • You are familiar with the clinical environment, preferably in anesthesia or intensive care, and understand hospital workflows and the healthcare system.
  • With a class B driving licence and a company car you can also use privately, you are always flexible when visiting customers across the Berlin / Brandenburg area.
  • You spot opportunities in the medical market and prefer developing tailored sales strategies.
  • You demonstrate persuasive skills and win decision-makers and users through active listening and empathy.
