About the role
- Process Manager supporting IT strategy and Governance in global IT environment. Responsible for configuration and change management processes with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Durchführen und Einhalten des Configuration-Management-Prozesses, einschließlich der Pflege und Aktualisierung der Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Gewährleisten eines reibungslosen Change-Management-Prozess inkl. Überwachen, Unterstützen und Freigeben (CAB) von Genehmigungsprozessen und das Fördern von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen
- Entwickeln und Umsetzen einer Roadmap für ein ganzheitliches und agiles Configuration und Change Management in Übereinstimmung mit den ITIL Best Practices
- Hauptansprechpartner*in für interne und externe Stakeholder in allen operativen Belangen
- Pflegen, Verbessern und Implementieren der Prozesse innerhalb der ITSM-Lösung sowie das Erstellen von Reports
- Durchführen von Schulungen und operativer Support für Kolleg*innen und externe Partner, einschließlich Erstellen von Benutzerhandbüchern und Arbeitsanweisungen
- Mitwirken in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten als operativer Experte*in für Configuration und Change Management und Vertreten prozessbezogener Themen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt IT oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im IT-Service Management (insbesondere Configuration und Change Mangement)
- Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools im Bereich Configuration, Change Management, Reporting und IT-Service Management
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von ITIL v3 oder ITIL v4
- Vertrautheit mit IT-Governance, Compliance und Audit-Anforderungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
