About the role

  • Supply Chain Manager overseeing operations and strategic planning in the healthcare sector at Voy. Critical role in developing and scaling supply chain and procurement function.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Supply Chain Director to develop and execute long-term supply chain strategies aligned with the business, balancing cost efficiency, service levels, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor stock levels and supply performance, working with external suppliers and internal category teams to ensure appropriate stock cover is in place.
  • Own key supplier and logistics provider relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service and compliance standards.
  • Identify vulnerabilities in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
  • Work with internal clinical and category teams to identify and develop new treatment offerings and lead sourcing of the relevant medications and products.
  • Coordinate and execute process improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory management to increase reliability and reduce waste.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment of supply chain priorities with broader business goals and to collaborate on cross functional projects.
  • Drive initiatives to increase supply chain sustainability, leveraging digital tools, automation, and new business models.

Requirements

  • Required 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting.
  • Detailed understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including sourcing, supplier management, logistics, planning, and fulfillment.
  • Clear communication and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning systems.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements or other business improvement opportunities.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
