About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for acquiring and developing business clients in Germany. Working closely with the sales director and engaging in cross-functional projects to shape the company's future.

Responsibilities

  • You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining, and strategically developing our business clients
  • From the initial telephone contact through to contract signing, you serve as the sales contact for your clients
  • Working closely and in regular exchange with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
  • You bring your ideas and expertise to cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters and actively help shape the company's future

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • At least two years of experience selling services in the DGUV area (German Statutory Accident Insurance) or in technical services
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Excellent written and spoken German
  • Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a friendly, confident demeanor
  • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid Class B driving license (car)
