Responsibilities
You are primarily responsible for acquiring, retaining, and strategically developing our business clients
From the initial telephone contact through to contract signing, you serve as the sales contact for your clients
Working closely and in regular exchange with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the success of our team
You bring your ideas and expertise to cross-location and cross-functional projects at headquarters and actively help shape the company's future
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
At least two years of experience selling services in the DGUV area (German Statutory Accident Insurance) or in technical services
Willingness to travel regionally
Excellent written and spoken German
Passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, an independent working style, and a friendly, confident demeanor
Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
Valid Class B driving license (car)
