About the role

  • Field Service Technician implementing and supporting security technology solutions for clients in Düsseldorf. Requires hands-on skills and occasional travel for installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware components
  • Fault analysis, troubleshooting and repairs
  • Maintenance of customer systems in the areas of time tracking and access control
  • Accompanying customers during commissioning
  • Supporting our support team
  • Maintaining and updating existing documentation

Requirements

  • Whether you are a career changer, fitter/installer or electrician — the main thing is that you have practical, hands-on skills
  • You are willing to occasionally travel for 2–3 days for installation work
  • Driver's license Class B/3
  • You have good German language skills
