Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting - manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer letters, and handoff to onboarding.
Recurring meetings with hiring managers to dial in profiles, and progress hiring processes.
Build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively building pools of talent for departments to pull from.
Maintain evidence based hiring processes, ensuring unbiased execution of structured interviews.
Serve as a culture carrier throughout the process.
Drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years work experience in recruiting or sales
Demonstrated success in fast paced hiring environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in behavioral interviewing
A strong sense of urgency
Proficient with JazzHR
