About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the full recruiting cycle for Downeast Cider. Focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full cycle recruiting - manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer letters, and handoff to onboarding.
- Recurring meetings with hiring managers to dial in profiles, and progress hiring processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively building pools of talent for departments to pull from.
- Maintain evidence based hiring processes, ensuring unbiased execution of structured interviews.
- Serve as a culture carrier throughout the process.
- Drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in recruiting or sales
- Demonstrated success in fast paced hiring environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in behavioral interviewing
- A strong sense of urgency
- Proficient with JazzHR
