About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the full recruiting cycle for Downeast Cider. Focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full cycle recruiting - manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer letters, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Recurring meetings with hiring managers to dial in profiles, and progress hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines, proactively building pools of talent for departments to pull from.
  • Maintain evidence based hiring processes, ensuring unbiased execution of structured interviews.
  • Serve as a culture carrier throughout the process.
  • Drive an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in recruiting or sales
  • Demonstrated success in fast paced hiring environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in behavioral interviewing
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient with JazzHR
