Information Technology Analyst for Dow, designing and supporting business solutions in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. Collaborates with teams to meet business needs and improve processes.
Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and supports solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements.
Works in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems.
Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.
Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications.
Understand broader technical vision of the Information Technology Services organization and align solutions accordingly.
Lead and/or implement continuous improvement efforts.
Ability work independently and as a team member.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Familiar with SAP systems, ETL concepts, and common database and application integrations.
Basic understanding with common web communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, REST, SOAP, ODATA)
Knowledge of common authentication methods and certificates (SSO, OAuth, SAML, Basic, Keypairs)
Strong knowledge and expertise with Windows system administration
Active Directory knowledge and experience is a plus
Linux administration experience is a plus
Strong working experience in a cloud environment (Azure)
Entra ID knowledge and experience is a plus
On premise and cloud deployment/upgrade experience
Good expertise within DevSecOps practices
Hands-on experience with DevSecOps toolset is a plus
Azure DevOps / GitHub
AKS / Containers
Visual Studio and Git
CI/CD pipeline experience is a plus
Automation and scripting skills like PowerShell, Azure CLI, and IaC templates
Software lifecycle management experience
Good communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and time-management skills.
