About the role

  • Engineering Leader at Dow delivering expertise in UNIGILITYTM and UNIPOLTM process technologies across project phases. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and effective technology deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and leads the preparation of response to Invitation to Bid (ITB).
  • Provide technical and design expertise, supports sales-related disclosures, and contributes to activities aimed at securing new licenses.
  • Develops and coordinates the technical and operational sections of license agreements and/or Technical Appendices.
  • Provides guidance to the Licensing Manager on the potential risks and benefits associated with proposed licensing terms or warranties.
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with design and project teams within UT and assigned licensee organizations.
  • Manage the delivery of technical data and documentation for assigned new projects.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between assigned licensees and the licensing design team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years design experience in the petrochemical Industry.
  • Role may require up to 10-15% travel (Domestic & International).
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
  • Prior experience with UNIPOLTM and/or High-Pressure LDPE/EVA processes is preferred.
