Engineering Leader at Dow delivering expertise in UNIGILITYTM and UNIPOLTM process technologies across project phases. Collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and effective technology deployment.
Responsibilities
Develops and leads the preparation of response to Invitation to Bid (ITB).
Provide technical and design expertise, supports sales-related disclosures, and contributes to activities aimed at securing new licenses.
Develops and coordinates the technical and operational sections of license agreements and/or Technical Appendices.
Provides guidance to the Licensing Manager on the potential risks and benefits associated with proposed licensing terms or warranties.
Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with design and project teams within UT and assigned licensee organizations.
Manage the delivery of technical data and documentation for assigned new projects.
Act as the primary technical liaison between assigned licensees and the licensing design team.
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering.
A minimum of 10 years design experience in the petrochemical Industry.
Role may require up to 10-15% travel (Domestic & International).
A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Prior experience with UNIPOLTM and/or High-Pressure LDPE/EVA processes is preferred.
