- Define and track success metrics for your product area, demonstrating impact on satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Champion responsible AI use - ensuring customer trust, fairness, and transparency in everything we build.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager ideally within a fast paced start up/scale-up environment.
- You understand how AI can enhance usability and drive value - even if you’re not a machine learning expert.
- You’re skilled at leading discovery, framing problems, and running experiments to learn quickly.
- You use both qualitative insight and quantitative data to make decisions
- You’re fluent in agile delivery and prioritisation, and comfortable adjusting to what the team needs
- You collaborate with engineering and design as equals, not service functions
- You’re great at facilitating workshops, aligning people, and getting clarity
- You care deeply about solving real customer problems and building secure, simple products.
