Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex subsea projects—from planning and procedures to offshore execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results
Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients, bringing innovation and precision to every challenge
Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF’s high standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
Make an impact by mentoring junior engineers, enhancing HSE practices, and contributing to smarter, safer project execution
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within marine operations
Technical education, bachelor’s or master’s degree. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
Experience in development project documentation for marine- and subsea operation in areas such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning is highly desirable
Candidates should be capable of leading and contributing effectively within project teams, as well as working independently in dynamic project environments to deliver projects
Fluency in English is required
