About the role

• Join DOF Subsea as a Senior Project Engineer leading complex subsea projects and mentoring junior engineers. Engage in marine operations with global exposure and uphold high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex subsea projects—from planning and procedures to offshore execution—ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality results
• Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients, bringing innovation and precision to every challenge
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOF’s high standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements
• Make an impact by mentoring junior engineers, enhancing HSE practices, and contributing to smarter, safer project execution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within marine operations
• Technical education, bachelor’s or master’s degree. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
• Experience in development project documentation for marine- and subsea operation in areas such as IMR, SURF, Mooring, Offshore Wind, Subsea Construction and Decommissioning is highly desirable
• Candidates should be capable of leading and contributing effectively within project teams, as well as working independently in dynamic project environments to deliver projects
• Fluency in English is required
