About the role

- Help plan and monitor projects and ensure their progress using suitable IT tools (e.g., Confluence or Wrike)
- Plan and organize division events and business travel and manage expense documentation
Requirements
- Advanced commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in an executive assistant role or a similar position
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- IT affinity
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Discretion, friendly and professional manner
