About the role

  • Assistenz position supporting the CFO area with operational and strategic tasks in a healthcare technology company. Involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • You support the Head of the CFO division in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
  • Independently organize and coordinate appointments and meetings as part of your daily work
  • Manage the calendar, prepare meetings and reliably handle written correspondence, telephone management and follow-up systems
  • Prepare presentations, analyses and decision papers and structure information clearly
  • Help plan and monitor projects and ensure their progress using suitable IT tools (e.g., Confluence or Wrike)
  • Plan and organize division events and business travel and manage expense documentation

Requirements

  • Advanced commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in an executive assistant role or a similar position
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • IT affinity
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Discretion, friendly and professional manner
