Responsibilities
You support the Head of the CFO division in day-to-day operations and strategic projects
Independently organize and coordinate appointments and meetings as part of your daily work
Manage the calendar, prepare meetings and reliably handle written correspondence, telephone management and follow-up systems
Prepare presentations, analyses and decision papers and structure information clearly
Help plan and monitor projects and ensure their progress using suitable IT tools (e.g., Confluence or Wrike)
Plan and organize division events and business travel and manage expense documentation
Requirements
Advanced commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience in an executive assistant role or a similar position
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
IT affinity
Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Discretion, friendly and professional manner
