About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on topics related to sustainable finance, including policy and regulation, market practices, reporting and disclosure, taxonomy, and innovative financial mechanisms
- Analyze interactions between public and private actors and resources in the context of sustainable finance
- Co-author, review, and contribute to the development of long research reports, issue briefs, and blogs
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, conferences, and other dissemination activities
- Engage with clients, policymakers, and investors to provide advice on the implications of research findings
- Represent CPI and present research findings at high-level events and conferences
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, existing clients, and potential partners in the field of sustainable finance
Requirements
- Post Graduate degree in Finance/Economics/Engineering/Management/CFA
- Minimum of 2 yrs and up to 5 yrs post-qualification experience in the field
- Professional experience in financial services / management consulting/advisory/research, international non-profit, government, and/or a multi-lateral institution
- Independent, analytical mind with an excellent track record of applying sound financial judgment to complex issues
- Flexibility, professionalism, enthusiasm for working as part of a team, and ability to interact with diverse people
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
