Responsibilities
Analyze financial, asset, market, legal and contractual risks, including the preparation of MRA analysis and the use of the Central Rating Engine to calculate the risk rating;
Preparing credit request reports as a sound basis for own decision-making or for decision-making by senior risk officers and the risk committee (depending on the level of authority);
Deciding on credit requests within a given level of authority in order to support the business unit in meeting its expected loss targets;
Monitoring the credit/risk profile of the assigned portfolio to maintain control and access the opportunity for corrective action;
Provide information, support, training and align all parties on credit and risk management policies, processes and issues in order to cultivate a sound (credit) risk organization and (credit) risk awareness culture;
Ensure compliance with global and local credit and risk management policies;
Must have the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with other team members and with customers.
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related areas;
Postgraduate degree or MBA desirable.
Advanced knowledge of financial indicators;
Skills in analyzing and mitigating credit risks;
Proficiency in using credit models and scoring systems;
Experience in using Excel;
PowerBI desirable;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
