About the role
- Risk Control Framework Tester responsible for managing local risk control framework at AGCO Finance. Driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with controls and regulations.
Responsibilities

- Ensure all RCF tasks are completed by the deadline.
- Maintain quality of control documentation and testing results.
- Monitor remediation on ineffective controls and reporting to the MT/LRC.
- Lead SOD and Electronic Audit Evidence (EAE) approach.
- Communication and Stakeholder Liaison.
- Data Privacy Coordination.
Requirements
- RCF testing results and speed of communication and effective resolution of control issues.
- Completeness, accuracy and timeliness of entries and access to the Archer system.
- Documentation and testing of control activities in line with group requirements and deadlines.
- Timely remediation of issues.
- Maintenance and communication of an annual ‘calendar’ including key milestones and events.
- Number of SOD exceptions and timeliness and resolution of SOD conflicts recorded in the SOFY system.
- Built meaningful relationships with the Centre of Excellence team.
- Demonstrable success in embedding robust control processes, monitoring, and testing.
- Analytical and quickly able to get to the root cause of an issue.
- Excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to organize and plan all required activities and get things done.
- Strong personal drive and initiative.
- Experience working with both internal and external audit.
- Familiar with Segregation of Duties (SOD) philosophy and approach.
- An understanding of Data Privacy.
