About the role

  • Responsible for overall strategic design and long-term price/mix strategy
  • Lead the go to market strategy for Funding and Spending policies
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of Sales and Finance
  • Establish, document, and enforce company policies for trade spending
  • Own the multi-year technology roadmap for trade systems (TPM/TPO)
  • Lead the quarterly executive review process

Requirements

  • Master's in Business Administration
  • 10+ years in Trade Management, Sales Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Experience in a high-volume, promotional industry (Foodservice, CPG, or related Food Manufacturing)
  • Deep knowledge of RGM principles (pricing, mix, promotion)
  • Ability to translate data science/predictive analytics into commercial plans
  • Deep understanding of the P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income
  • Proven success in managing and influencing trade spend to drive bottom-line results
