Requirements
Master's in Business Administration
10+ years in Trade Management, Sales Finance, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Experience in a high-volume, promotional industry (Foodservice, CPG, or related Food Manufacturing)
Deep knowledge of RGM principles (pricing, mix, promotion)
Ability to translate data science/predictive analytics into commercial plans
Deep understanding of the P&L from Gross Sales to Operating Income
Proven success in managing and influencing trade spend to drive bottom-line results
