About the role

  • Community Analyst managing the GenAI Lab program, strengthening relationships and organizing events for clients. Fostering community success in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Community Management: Co-manage the GenAI Lab program alongside Ecosystem leadership, driving engagement and creating value within the local entrepreneurship, innovation, and artificial intelligence ecosystem.
  • Organize and run events such as meetups, workshops, and talks, and manage the recurring events calendar, combining initiatives originated by clients with those created by Distrito.
  • Support the Physical Hub by creating an environment conducive to interaction and collaboration, ensuring operations meet established standards and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration across Distrito and strengthen connections to generate business opportunities among community members.
  • Customer Success Management: Ensure client onboarding meets expectations and objectives, record them in internal systems, and monitor engagement to guarantee expected outcomes are achieved.
  • Act as the guardian of Customer Success, ensuring stakeholders reach their goals through continuous relationship management, both remotely and in-person.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience working with artificial intelligence in projects or communities.
  • Native Portuguese and advanced or fluent English.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving client objectives.
  • Strong written communication skills, experience organizing events, and managing virtual communities.
  • Creative mindset to propose new projects and approaches to ensure client success.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and enthusiastic—able to inspire clients and the team.
  • Ability to adapt and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with task management tools and CRM systems.
  • Skilled in creating reports and presentations (Excel, PowerPoint).
