Responsibilities
Own and manage the Professional Services P&L, driving revenue, margin, and efficient service delivery across all engagements.
Build, scale, and develop a multi-functional professional services team—hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and retaining top delivery and technical talent as we scale.
Design, execute, and refine a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for services, ensuring tight alignment with product, sales, partner, and marketing functions, and maximizing services pipeline development, conversion, and account expansion.
Design new service offerings that capitalize on market trends, optimize customer data and evidence ecosystems, and enhance customer requirements.
Ensure service integration with DistillerSR product launches, ensuring offerings drive adoption, value realization, and annual recurring revenue growth.
Develop and implement operational frameworks, KPIs, and best practices for efficiency, quality assurance, and continual improvement across client lifecycle and service delivery.
Increase the team's impact and contribution, overseeing the effective delivery of billable engagements and driving the adoption and ongoing value realization of DistillerSR’s products and services.
Cultivate strong, trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
Champion problem resolution, acting as the primary escalation point for complex after go-live issues and ensuring successful outcomes for our customers.
Requirements
Proven experience owning and scaling a professional services organization in a SaaS context, ideally with P&L accountability and a documented revenue and margin growth track record.
Experience integrating cloud-based technologies into a clinical evidence ecosystem for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.
Demonstrated success in building out teams during rapid company growth, including talent acquisition, leadership, and integration of new hires into a high-performing culture.
Direct experience designing and delivering GTM strategies for services, including demand generation and sales enablement.
Exceptional leadership, delegation, communication, and change management abilities.
History of building cross-functional partnerships with product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
Strong customer facing skills and ability to adapt to dynamic requirements.
