Requirements

- Experience with requirements analysis, data modeling, and solution design.
- Knowledge of integrations (APIs, web services, messaging, or similar).
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to liaise with business areas and translate needs into clear specifications.
- Prior experience in a hybrid work model.
- Java 8+, Spring Boot 2+, Angular 16+, SQL and NoSQL.
- Clean Architecture, Clean Code, and Design Patterns considered a plus.
- Experience with architecture for distributed systems or microservices.
- Experience in legacy system modernization/integration projects.
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging tools.
- Experience in high-criticality environments (finance, manufacturing, retail, or similar).
