Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Account Strategy and Planning: Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies, create customized presentations, and monitor account performance metrics
Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor, and offering insights and recommendations
Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/account management role
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Analytical proficiency, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a plus
Fluency in English and German is mandatory
