About the role
- Senior Product Manager responsible for leading and managing payment solutions portfolio at our company in Malta. Focused on optimizing payment products for seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle for payment solutions including gateways, processing, and settlement systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams to deliver payment features and improvements.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to prioritize product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with payment industry standards and regulations.
- Manage relationships with payment service providers and partners.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data insights.
- Develop product roadmaps and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing payment products within iGaming ecosystem or related fintech solutions.
- Deep understanding of payment processing workflows, gateways, fraud prevention, and reconciliation.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data for product decisions.
- Willing to travel to Digitain Armenia HQ every month for the first 6 months.
- Good command of English communication skills.
