Responsibilities

  • Ensure high service quality and fulfillment of service commitments with the aim of optimizing patient satisfaction
  • Identify patients opting for optional services and conclude optional services agreements
  • Optimize internal processes through centralized coordination and consolidation of tasks related to the inpatient care of patients choosing optional services
  • Administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in the service sector (e.g., hotel management, flight attendant or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation
  • Organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
  • Negotiation skills and confident handling of complaints
  • Very good German and English skills
