Responsibilities
- Support market analyses to identify trends, evaluate potential suppliers, and understand industry dynamics.
- Assist in liaising with internal stakeholders to understand specific needs before initiating the negotiation process.
- Support planning and execution of procurement processes, from needs identification to issuance of purchase orders, collaborating with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure efficient process integration.
- Administer and assist in contract renegotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with clauses and conditions.
- Maintain records and produce periodic reports of all purchasing transactions and activities.
