Responsibilities

• Support market analyses to identify trends, evaluate potential suppliers, and understand industry dynamics.
• Assist in liaising with internal stakeholders to understand specific needs before initiating the negotiation process.
• Support planning and execution of procurement processes, from needs identification to issuance of purchase orders, collaborating with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure efficient process integration.
• Administer and assist in contract renegotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with clauses and conditions.
• Maintain records and produce periodic reports of all purchasing transactions and activities.

Requirements

• Completed high school diploma.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office suite).
• Good interpersonal communication and ease in building relationships.
