About the role

  • Procurement and 3PL Manager managing relationships between 3PL, customers, and PRISM. Overseeing performance monitoring and contract fulfillment in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Enforces 3PL contracts, either directly or on behalf of customers.
  • Globally responsible for managing the relationship between the 3PL, customers, and PRISM.
  • Monitors 3PL performance by implementing measurement and follow-up systems for 3PL KPIs.
  • Drives continuous improvement by ensuring jointly defined and planned actions are executed effectively by the 3PL.
  • Provides recommendations on 3PL strategy and selection to customers.
  • Prepares and launches tenders on behalf of customers: RFI, RFP, CFT, RFQ, etc.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, International Affairs, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of overland, air, and sea transportation.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean management is a plus.
