About the role

  • Analista Benefícios Pleno ensuring correct execution of corporate benefits at Dexco. Responsible for management, analysis of costs, and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper operation of corporate benefits (meal allowance - VA, food voucher - VR, health and dental plans, life insurance, mobility, meal services, among others), ensuring correct application of rules, eligibility, costs and internal policies;
  • Manage and monitor well‑being, health and quality-of-life programs and initiatives;
  • Act as the HR Operations focal point, advising internal teams, HRBPs and service teams on rules, eligibility and benefits usage;
  • Perform periodic audits, records reconciliation and validation of benefit billings, ensuring data accuracy and correct execution by the Shared Services Center (SSC);
  • Maintain active relationships with suppliers, insurance carriers and brokers, monitoring SLAs, contracts and legal compliance;
  • Analyze benefits metrics (cost per employee, enrollment, utilization and claims ratio), turning data into insights to support decision-making;
  • Monitor claims experience for health and dental plans, proposing and tracking cost-control and optimization actions;
  • Develop and improve management reports, controls, KPIs and automations that increase operational efficiency and data quality;
  • Support benchmarking studies, market trend analysis and benefits negotiation processes;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation and collective agreements;
  • Propose process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset, agility and results orientation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint preferred;
  • Experience in cost analysis, budgeting and performance indicators;
  • Analytical, organized profile with strong communication, systemic thinking and negotiation skills;
  • Comfortable in dynamic, collaborative and data-driven environments.
