About the role
- Responsável por gerir o CMV e análises de desempenho na KFC, com foco em processos operacionais e financeiros.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze Actual vs. Theoretical COGS (CMV);
- Monitor variances by store, region and SKU;
- Build variance analyses (volume, mix, price and cost);
- Identify opportunities and risks affecting results;
- Work closely with store teams (GAs, GOs, regional leadership);
- Translate numbers into practical operational actions;
- Support process improvements such as: weekly inventory;
- Loss and waste control;
- Adherence to recipe/technical specifications;
- Investigate material COGS (CMV) deviations;
- Connect impacts across Supply, Operations and Finance;
- Propose structural improvements;
- Ensure data quality of databases (SAP, SIR, etc.);
- Support monthly COGS (CMV) closing;
- Enhance existing processes and controls;
- Structure and monitor routines (RMR, closings, reports);
- Build and develop analyses using: Advanced Excel;
- Power BI;
- Support automation and improvement of dashboards;
- Work with large volumes of data (stores, SKUs, weeks);
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
- Experience with costing, COGS (CMV) or controllership;
- Advanced Excel (mandatory);
- Experience with large databases;
- Experience in operations (retail / food / manufacturing) is a plus;
- Power BI (significant advantage);
- Analytical capability, ownership mindset and strong communication skills for interaction with business areas;
- Organized profile, with attention to deadlines, delivery quality and a critical view of numbers.
