About the role

  • Technical Project Manager managing complex programs for federal government in a hybrid role. Working with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project management activities across partner-led technical teams
  • Drive initiatives from planning through delivery by monitoring progress and resolving issues
  • Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules and release plans
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project-level risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Implement and refine delivery and coordination processes as needed
  • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, including documentation and solution outcomes
  • Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, partners, and government stakeholders
  • Support project-level communications, reviews, and reporting
  • Translate complex technical topics for both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of leading and delivering software development projects
  • Proven ability to manage technical delivery while bridging customer needs and implementation realities
  • Strong communication skills to drive alignment across technical teams, partners, and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and transparency with clients and internal teams
  • Experience managing projects within government contracting environments and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability
  • Ability to prioritize project and team success over individual recognition
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new domains and mission areas
