Plan, maintain and oversee the editorial calendar
Create audience-targeted content formats (text, photos, videos, Stories, Reels — both organic and paid)
Professional content production using a smartphone
Creative concept development and execution of campaigns, promotions and events
Active community management: interaction and responding to messages and comments
Analyze, monitor and report on social media performance
Derive concrete optimization measures based on KPIs
Plan and execute collaborations with companies and partners
Manage influencer marketing: from research and outreach to reporting and controlling
Contribute to online marketing campaigns

Professional experience
Independent, structured and conscientious working style
Strong motivation and enthusiasm for the content and thematic worlds of the Deutschlandmuseum and the German Spy Museum
Confident use of content creation tools (e.g., DaVinci, Canva)
Confident use of META Business Suite and META Ads Manager
Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
